How
To Detoxify Your Body - Colon Cleansing

Tel Aviv----Almost everyone
can benefit from a cleanse. It's one of the best ways to remain healthy in a destructive
environment. Not one of us is immune to environmental toxins. The more toxic we
are, the faster we age. It will improve your energy, health, vibrancy and is Anti-aging.
Securing these is what detoxifying is all about. Symptoms of toxicity may include
being overweight or tired all the time. Do you have headaches, other aches and
pains, frequent colds and flu's, constipation or digestive problems, high blood
pressure, PMS, allergies or sensitivities? Do you often drink too much alcohol,
drink caffeinated beverages, smoke cigarettes, use over-the-counter or recreational
drugs, or eat fast, fried or refined foods? What
is detoxification? Our bodies naturally do it every day. Detoxification is a normal
body process of eliminating or neutralizing toxins through the colon, liver, kidneys,
lungs, lymph and skin. In fact, internal detoxification is one of our body's most
basic automatic functions. Our bodies try to protect us from dangerous material
by setting it aside, surrounding it with mucous or fat so it won't cause imbalance
or trigger an immune reaction. (Your body stores foreign substances in its fatty
deposits - a significant reason to keep your diet and body fat low. Some people
carry around up to 7 kilos of mucous that harbors this waste!) Why
detoxify? Today, we are exposed to synthetic, often toxic chemicals on an unprecedented
scale. Industrial chemicals and their pollutant run-offs in our water, pesticides,
additives in our foods, heavy metals, residues from drugs, and environmental hormones
are trapped within the human body in greater concentrations than at any other
point in history. A highly processed food, a severely unbalanced diet, or simply
too much food overburden elimination systems. Lack of exercise contributes to
toxicity, too. The body's natural cleansing cycle of oxygen and vital nutrients
depends upon exercise. A stagnant system encourages toxic buildup. Not to even
mention prolonged mental stress and negative emotions can create internal poisons
which is quit toxic on its own. Every system of the body is affected, from tissue
damage to sensory deterioration. There
are several methods of detoxification. First of all, we think one of the most
important ways to gently detox is by making sure you're getting the essential
nutritional supplements that drive the chemical detoxification processes of your
body while others help support the body during this process. Nutritional changes:
A gentle detox can be an ongoing lifestyle improvement plan such as a change in
diet away from packaged and fast foods that are high in sugar and fat, toward
fresh fruits, vegetables and beneficial whole grains. Of course each individual
person has food that is tailored for then. Not everyone had the same reactions
to all foods. This is determined by the body type, the seasonal energy, harmonizing
ones PH, the personal level of weaknesses and strengths; one can even get diagnosis
through the B.E.S.T technique which can give a relatively accurate tailored menu
to each individual. In
conjunction with improvements in diet and nutritional supplementation, you should
consider adding an exercise program. During exercise, the lymphatic system is
being flushed and the cells are being flooded with health-giving oxygen. Walking,
aerobics, sports, stretching and light exercise can assist detoxification. This
is also can be beneficial for your mental health. Of course start out slowly and
go at your own pace. Colon cleansing: All congestion and toxins must be removed,
and it must begin with cleansing of the bowel. One of the most frequent bowel
problems that people experience today is constipation. A constipated system is
one in which the transition time of toxic wastes is slow. The longer the "transit
time," the longer the toxic waste matter sits in our bowel, which allows them
to putrefy, ferment and possibly be reabsorbed. The longer your body is exposed
to putrefying food in your intestines, the greater the risk of developing disease.
Even with one bowel movement per day, you will still have at least three meals
worth of waste matter putrefying in your colon at all times. Disease usually begins
with a toxic bowel. Those having fewer bowel movements are harboring a potentially
fertile breeding ground for serious diseases. Infrequent or poor quality bowel
movements over an extended period of time may be very hazardous to your health.
A
proper program removes the mucoid / mucous plaque from the colon. Even a thin
layer of mucoid/ mucous plaque weakens the body. Nature intended mucoid plaque
to be sloughed off. But due to stress and diet, most Americans have many hardened
layers of mucoid plaque. Proper colons cleanse and detoxification program prepares
your body for optimal health by removing the mucoid plaque. Acupuncture has the
wonderful ability to reestablish a harmonization by working directly with the
Qi (energy) of the body, thus promoting healing and restoring health. It promotes
your body's own natural energy to work more efficiently, thus providing greater
health and well-being in a completely natural way. Massage
is very beneficial in the treatment of toxicity. The utilization of massage for
detoxification dates back to the origins of Swedish massage. The 'Movement Cure'
was advocated for general health and included exercises as part of the treatment.
It proposed great benefits were to be gained from good circulation, good oxygen,
drainage of the colon, reduction of edema, and stimulation of the organs such
as the liver and kidneys The role of sauna in detoxification Sweat is a most important
elimination route for toxins. Everyone today is exposed to toxic chemicals and
heavy metals. Although it is a major eliminative organ, most people's skin is
very inactive. Repeated use of the sauna can help slowly restore skin elimination.
In short, the decision to detox, and stick with it, can be one of the most important
decisions your mind ever makes. It starts with us. We can take positive steps
to keep our own body systems in good working order so that toxins are eliminated
quickly. Detox is a state of mind because this process must begin in the mind
and heart. Once you start your mind it will lead your body, and your body will
help your soul. At
