---- December 2, 2009 ..... Have you ever searched for a powerful,
professional public relations organization which works with the
Israel domestic market? A PR team that can penetrate both the
general and trade news media in Israel within a matter of hours?
Look no further
as Doran Communications and Allmedia, two of the most highly respected
and successful PR firms, have announced a merger this week of
their public relations and media consulting activities.
Raanan (Rani)
Rogel who established Doran Communications
22 years ago, initially specializing in working with clients in
the fields of technology, computing and high-tech, and later expanding
his activities to other fields has inked an agreement with Allmedia
which was established seven years ago by Oren Bason and specializes
in technology and high-tech clients. Before establishing Allmedia,
Bason worked as a media and public relations consultant at Doran
Communications and was marketing and business development manager.
"After
22 years of activity and achieving prominence in the field of
public relations, I have decided to take the next step in promoting
Doran in the coming years," said Raanan (Rani) Rogel. "And
how better than to do it together with Oren Bason, who 'grew up'
in Doran Communications and with whose company, Allmedia, we have
worked in close personal and business cooperation throughout the
years".
Merging the
activities of Allmedia and Doran into a single operation creates
a powerful synergy and a tremendous source of know-how. The two
domestic Israel PR companies and their staffs have collaborated
for many years, sharing a similar organizational culture and personal
familiarity, and this merger creates an entity for whom it is
natural to work together.
On December
1, 2009 the public relations staff of Doran Communications moved
from their in offices in Ra'anana (north of Tel Aviv) to Allmedia
offices in the high-tech area of Petach Tikva (nearby Tel Aviv).
"Following
the merger, we will continue to work under the two brand names:
Allmedia and Doran, with synergetic cooperation, resources and
ideas from the other side," said Rogel.
Oren Bason,
owner and director of Allmedia, will be the CEO of the merged
company, while Raanan (Rani) Rogel, will serve as active chairman
and strategic consultant in the field of media, for the company
clients and other entities in Israel.
Raanan (Rani)
Rogel will continue to accompany Doran Communications clients
and staff, and will also continue with the Doran Communications
advertising activities and the publishing of the leading Food
and Beverage Israel (www.foodis.co.il) Website.
This merger
creates one of the largest domestic public relations agencies
in Israel. In bringing the staff and the clients together, Allmedia
and Doran clients will benefit from a professional, experienced
and energetic team that is highly service oriented and has fantastic
relations with the local media.
