CHRISTIAN COALITION ANNOUNCES SOLIDARITY TRIP TO ISRAEL
WEEK OF NOVEMBER 17

NOVEMBER 4, 2002, Washington, D.C. ------The Christian Coalition announced the dates of their upcoming solidarity trip to Israel today. They will be in Israel from November 17-22 and meeting with politicians, victims of terror, as well as touring Christian and Jewish holy sites.

"As thousands of Christians just a few weeks ago joined us in Washington, DC for a Pro-Israel rally, we want Israel to understand that they are not alone, and have friends all over the world. Day after day, Israel faces continued acts of terrorism, and can't be expected to negotiate with murderers," said Mrs. Roberta Combs, President, Christian Coalition of America.

Meetings are scheduled with The Mayor of Jerusalem, officials in the Prime Minister's office, Members of Knesset and a 1 day tour has been planned with the Council For Jewish Settlements in Judea, Samaria and Gaza.

"Our national leadership will be taking a solidarity trip to Israel in coming weeks, and will be working with the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, as the natural response to acts of terror is positive response, to support our friends and go on with life. We urge all friends of Israel to visit and stand with Israel during these difficult times.
Before the Christmas period we plan on touring Israel and meeting with Israeli elected officials, victims of terror attacks and visiting the sites of the Holy Land. We look forward to working with the Israeli Ministry of Tourism to encourage more Christians to visit the State of Israel," added Mrs. Combs.

The Christian Coalition of America is America's largest Christian grassroots organization with more than 2 million supporters. Pat Robertson founded the organization, and remains President Emeritus.
