Messaging Software Provider CallUp Implements On-Q Increasing TeleCom, Mobile Revenue

Tel Aviv ---October 9..... CallUp Net Ltd., a subsidiary of the One 1 Group in Israel, engaged in the development and integration of messaging systems, products and software, including Unified Messaging, voicemails, Internet SMS, MMS services and call completion products, has announced that it is now implementing an innovative system which directly leads to an significant increase in income-generating calls for TeleCom suppliers.

The Israel company CallUp Net is now offering her customers - TeleCom, ISP, cellular service providers and cellular mobile phones and immobile phones consumers in Israel and worldwide - the innovative On-Q system, which enables a significant increase in call completion.

David Eshet, CIO of messaging provider CallUp Net, says that On-Q is an advanced solution for customers with no voicemail, or those who refrain from using voicemails. On-Q initiates a call automatically between the caller and an unavailable destination immediately when this destination changes its status from "unavailable" to "available".

On-Q is suited to cellular mobile phones and immobile phones. According to David Eshet, the telecommunication industry will base its future growth on income from third- and forth-generation products, which require huge investments in infrastructure and end-user equipment by service providers.

"On-Q produces a large and immediate potential for growth in profit without any investment in cellular mobile phone and fixed line phones infrastructure or end-user equipment," said Eshet.

CallUp recently expanded its SMS messaging software activities with the 80 million USD purchase of Mediagate, which increased CallUp Net customers to more than ten strategic customers in Israel and abroad, with services available to more than 6.5 million users.

Messaging software and hardware provider CallUp's global telecom mobile phone and fixed phone clients include: Unefon in Mexico, Movicel in Angola, TTL and BSNL in India, and various companies in Liberia and Macedonia.

In Israel, CallUp provides SMS and MMS software to Pelephone and purchased UMS and VMS licenses for a large number of its customers including Bezeq International and Internet Zahav. In India, BSNL Company, part of the BSNL huge communication corporation (India's Bezeq) serving millions of customers in India, purchased licenses for about one million VMS and UMS users.

In addition, the Indian company TTL purchased licenses for about one million VMS and UMS users. In Georgia: New Net Company purchased a UMS VMS system. In Italy CallUp has messaging software contracts with ISP service providers.

CallUp Net Ltd.
