Messaging Provider CallUp, One1 Group Affiliate, Purchases MediaGate Activity from Telrad

Tel Aviv----June 23...... CallUp Net, an affiliate of the One1 Group, recently purchased from Telrad Networks Telecommunications the messaging activities of MediaGate - a company responsible for creating unified messaging services.

MediaGate was one of CallUp's competitors in the VMS and UMS messaging market for both cellular operators and fixed line operators.

David Eshet, CEO of CallUp in Israel, says the acquisition was a part of CallUp's global marketing strategy to enlarge its customer base by internal growth and acquiring business activities that are synergetic to its fields of interest.

With the MediaGate purchase, CallUp's number of Internet and mobile telecommunications telephone messaging UMS, MMS, SMS customers worldwide now transcends over 5 million subscribers.

CallUp specializes in the technological development and the marketing of advanced products in the field of unified messaging, UMS, MMS services, SMS and value added services. By purchasing MediaGate telecommunications and UMS, MMS and SMS messaging activities, CallUp would be able to integrate the unique capabilities of MessageCase, CallUp's main product, with the unique software developed by MediaGate.

As a consequence of this acquisition, several strategic customers in Israel, Mexico, Balkans, Eastern European, Angola, Liberia, India, Italy and Asia and have joined CallUp Net's list of UMS, MMS and SMS customers.

In Israel, Pelephone, purchased UMS and VMS licenses for a large number of its customers in addition to telecommunications carriers Bezeq International and Internet Zahav. In India, BSNL (west), part of the BSNL huge communication corporation (India's Bezeq), providing VMS and UMS technology services to millions of customers in India. In India, TTL purchased licenses for about 1,000,000 VMS and UMS users.

The New Net Company in Georgia purchased a UMS and VMS technology system. In Italy, an ISP company made a substantial purchase for SMS messaging software.

CallUp Net Ltd. is part of the One 1 Group, the third largest computing organization in Israel. CallUp develops advanced SMS, UMS, VMS and MMS messaging systems and sells this technology worldwide to cellular and fixed line operators. CallUp consists of 20 employees, most of them based in Israel. Sales' annual cycle is approximately 3 million dollars.

The company is offering its SMS and a wide variety of VMS and UMS messaging services to over 5 million users in Israel and abroad. Forecasts for the next five years project that CallUp Net's current growth rate in Eastern Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, India and Israel will produce income of approximately 20 million USD dollars.
