Israeli Takes Yassar Arafat to Court for War Crimes

Jerusalem-----July 3.......An Israeli wounded in a Palestinian terrorist massacre in 1974 plans to sue Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat in the International War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague.

Haim Asulin, 44, told the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot that if Belgian courts can consider bringing charges against Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in connection with the 1982 Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon, "then certainly a suit can be filed against the murderer of Jewish children, Arafat."

Twenty-two Israeli students were killed and over 130 were wounded in the terror attack.
Asulin was among the injured. His left arm was amputated, and he still needs hospital treatment.

Does anyone remember the Israeli children who were killed by Palestinian terrorists in Ma'alot?

On May 15, 1974 Palestinian terrorists attacked a high school in the northern Israeli town of Ma'alot, where one of the most horrific and bloody terrorist assaults had taken place.
In that massacre three Palestinian gunmen had taken scores of young students hostage.
When Israeli soldiers stormed the school to rescue the youngsters, the terrorists opened fire, killing 22 students and wounding over 130 teenagers.

Mr. Arafat - do you, the BBC and the Belgian courts need to be reminded of other war crimes and atrocities for which you were directly responsible for?
